Cancellation and refund policy

Effective from 8 April 2026

01Cancelling a request

You can cancel a request if processing has not started. Once your documents have been submitted to any authority, such as a notary, the education department, the MEA, an embassy or a consulate, the request can no longer be cancelled.

To cancel, contact us by email or phone.

02Refunds

If you cancel before processing starts, we may issue a full or partial refund after deducting administrative, consultation and service charges. Once processing has started, no refund is possible.

Government fees, embassy charges, courier charges and other third-party fees are non-refundable. Delays caused by authorities, embassies or other agencies do not qualify for a refund.

03Our role

We act as a facilitator between you and government or third-party authorities. We do not guarantee approval, acceptance or specific processing times by those authorities.

04Your responsibilities

You confirm that your documents are genuine, legally valid and submitted with the rightful owner’s consent, and you are responsible for any misrepresentation.

05Liability and events beyond our control

We are not liable for rejections or delays by authorities, losses or delays by couriers and other third parties, or indirect losses. Our total liability is limited to the service fees paid. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as policy changes, natural disasters, strikes or technical failures.
