You agree to give us accurate and complete information, to submit genuine and legally valid documents, and to pay for the services you request. You remain responsible for the content of your documents.
03Payment
Payment is generally due before work begins, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Payments are processed by trusted third-party providers. We will tell you in advance about any change in price.
04Timelines
Processing times depend on the document type, its route and the destination country. Delays caused by government departments, couriers or other third parties are outside our control. We will tell you promptly about any delay.
05Privacy
We handle your personal information as described in our privacy policy.
06Liability
We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties, or for problems arising from incorrect or incomplete documents you supply. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned.
07Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Changes take effect from the date they are published on this page.
08Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
